recycling auction when item not available?

Hi there

I have listed a laptop as a buy-it-now but now the item is not available anymore. Would I get into trouble if I change the details of the auctions completely for another laptop i have available for sale?

thanks in advance.

    Hi Typing00

That sounds absolutely fine to me. As long as there are no bidders, which there obviously cant be as it is a buy it now, it should be fine to change the details of the auction. Just make the new details nice and clear so that any watchers dont get confused.
