Yes will do but I must make a confession - I feel somewhat guilty and wonder if I am getting paranoid and the idea of one of these is going too far? But as my OP it has been a hell of a year so perhaps I'm not being paranoid.

Funny in my Dreams I am always walking & running but when awake probably 50 yards is my maximum and that is walking by the way NOT running :rotfl:

Also look at Invicta and Telecare24

In general the services offered by the local authority are cheapest. Some local authorities also have mobile emergency care responders who will come to you if you need help but don't need an ambulance.

Naw, it's always better to be safe than sorry. I've had to go down a few times and pick my dd up off the floor where her knees have just given way. Got her in the habit of wearing a dressing gown when going to the loo just so she always has her mobile with her :rotfl:

Then we usually get a giggle at the state of me trying to get her up again :rotfl:

Och my dd laughs at herself when she goes down. We've got to bless her. If we didn't we'd cry :D

Got some news today after a visit to the surgeon. The surgery is too complex for him so he's referring her elsewhere.... But then said, don't accept surgery will help, if you get a cut happy surgeon, they may make her worse...

So she's got a lot of thinking to do.

At the moment she's heading for a wheelchair. Fighting it, but it's heading that way.

With the surgery, worse case scenario is that she'll end up in a wheelchair.

So worse case with each is wheelchair.

Best case without surgery is probably wheelchair
Best case with surgery is a couple of years more on her feet.

Ah decisions decisions. I know which one I would be wanting if it's possible :)
