You need proper legal advice over this issue.
If you aren't legally represented already, then see a solicitor before accepting this offer.0 -
i have not taken legal advice so far as case was straight forward up to award point. im curious what a solicitor could do after all the facts have been got. my main concern is loss of earnings in the future and that mib are not awarding enough, no where near, to cover possible problems in the future. apprciate your advice though. as mib make the offer im worried that if i refuse it , they offer a lower amount later. what to do lol0

Just get a solictor to advise you now - don't accept or refuse anything! This sounds far from "straight forward"!!0 -
possible in 10 years have serious problem with movement in my finger . possibly unable to work due to unjury . i work in a job where i need full use of both hands. if my finger was to be un unasable, would render me unable to support myself. mib have offered me a few thousand. poor offer i thought .0

whats your insurance company say?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

i was working for the council at the time, as self employed role. they just passed on details of what happened to mib. no compensation from them . said its a matter between me and mib.0

The amount would have to depend on your job, and expected salary, so you need to take advice.
The requirement of full use of both hands is something you may find opinions will vary on, and also which finger you may not be able to use.
Any salary you could expect to earn from an alternative job should be considered.0
