Any good 'easy access' accounts that pay a decent level of monthly interest?

Santander does offer monthly interest on its eSaver, I have one and it is quite reasonable, I think 3.2% AER before tax. Unlike others on here I haven't had problems with Santander (yet!)
Currently paying 3.00% AER so better than Saffron and can pay interest into the account or out of it monthly. Seems to tick all the OP's boxes..

santander have dropped the interest on the esaver(issue 7) to 2.8%
The post office esaver is 2.95% and offers monthly interest:
