ebay - sellers fees

hi guys, hope you can help
I have been buying and selling on ebay for a number of years (just casually) this week i have listed a number of items however when it gets to the listing fees it has been coming up as 0.00
is this a free listings week? iv heard of and took advantage of free listing weekends but have always received an email to say so and i cant find anything on the ebay page about it.
i dont want to get hit with a big bill at a later date
anyone know?
