We also started in one court and had to have it transferred to another court, the other side of the country. However, in our case no orders were actually made before she moved to Cornwall so you have a much stronger case in that respect. We were always told though that we would have to go to the mothers nearest Court, as she had a child in her care. It's definitely worth looking into though. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
