Was wondering if anyone can help, I am looking for the make and model of this fire, it looks like a valor but i'm not sure as I can't find anything on their website.

It looks like a gas fire that I have. It is a Valor Nebula BR645VA. I don't think they make them anymore which is probably why you can't find it on the Valor site. Spare parts do seem to be available.
