  • A good day today - up and out with the dog for along walk, then up to town to meet my bezzie friend for a coffee, back home for haircut (out of budgeted a/c), a bit of cleaning up and the weekly sweep and mop of the floors, out for another dog walk and out for a run. Run quite slow today - oh well, will get back on track once holibobs is out of the way!

  • Here we go then with my final update for a few days

Up out and early with the dog
    Finished the cleaning off
Bathed the dog and dried him
Dyed my hair to cover up those greys!

Just some packing left to do before I head off for a few days away for my big birthday with a zero at the end of it!

Holiday spends are budgeted for out of my savings account so all being well should be able to account for some NSDs while away too

I'm back after a lovely week away.

A few great days in Edinburgh with mum which was absolutely brilliant and I was really glad I had saved up so we could do exactly what we wanted which was visit most of the tourist attractions and have a slap up 5* afternoon tea!

NSDs added up nicely as I'd budgeted for all of that.

Lovely family meal yesterday and a gorgeous bunch of flowers and birthday cake too!

Today I colleced my earphones from the post office ordered last week posted an ebay sale, called in the charity shop to discover a great practically brand new coat at £12 from a very expensive brand - great stuff! I was going to wait for a couple of months until the winter sales started to see if I could get another one for £20 or under as I have for the last 2 years but I couldn't resist it today as it was my size and fitted perfectly.

Back to reality next week so I will enjoy my weekend of relaxing, pigging out then back on the exercise and usual food next week!

nice day today - met my bezzie mate in town and we had a coffee and a good old chat. Arranged to go walking tomorrow and also have a lunch out somewhere. Have got all my walking stuff ready to go for the early start.

Then went to buy the chain I found back in August - still very nice and bought it with the money I had saved up for my birthday. Still debating what to buy with the rest - now considering buying a lose stone and getting a pendant made to go on the chain - will have a little think about this one and get some price quotes to see if its possible

Had the best day out today walking in the peaks with the bright blue sky and autumnal warmth. Then had a birthday Sunday lunch out relaxing in a pub which was really nice too

Taken a few more photies for ebay for the next free listing day and then its back to work tomorrow after a very enjoyable week off

    Also a NSD - 5

Boring day at work today as usual and a very manically busy morning too.

This lunch time I very quickly put 2 letters together to reply to the ppi and bank charges replies which have been turned down by a bank and posted them off quickly. Let;s see how these go on.

Found another job to apply for and have done a bit of the application form and will do some more tomorrow ready to apply and also get the other job application ready to go too.

NSD 6 today - not much else to report really as back to the reality of work today after a wonderful week off!
