I have recently been only trying to buy yellow sticker items. It all started during the Olympics when we were near waitrose at Canary Wharf. Loads of people had taken time off so the waitrose that usually caters for banking types was way over stocked. We picked up so much stuff for hardly anything! Since then we've on,y tried to buy yellow sticker stuff (except tins and sandwich meat).

Haven't ought anything this week but recent bargains include:

- 4x taste the difference burgers for £1.50 (down from £4.00)
- 4 pieces of salmon £2 down from £5something
- Loaves of Hovis at 30p each
- Sausages (nice ones) down to 50p in Tesco
- Three lunch sushi packs (large ones) for £3.50 (it was on three for two and reduced a lot)
