Selling your home quick - what do these companies offer?

I phoned one and they said 85% of market value, yikes! Anyone know of any that might offer about 95%??

    As for 85% of the market value as valued by them.

  • They say typically 85% but when I enquired they offered 70%, I think they judge how desperate you are to sell quickly, if they think you are really desperate then they take the p**s!

    Drop the price below others currently on the market and be prepared to take offers.

    If you sold through the 'normal' channel of an estate agent 95% would be achievable, but not certain.

    You are searching for something that isn't there.
