Hi,

Please can anyone reccommend the best place to go for laminate wooden flooring? Basically looking for good quality at low cost.

Looking to put the flooring in my living room and hallway, so needs to be hard wearing.

Hi, when you say low cost please advise of your budget per sqm. Also, does it have to be laminate as opposed to engineered/ solid wood if you could get these within your budget?

May be worth looking at factory direct flooring.I'm considering using them as the prices are pretty darn good,especially the special offers.I'm considering an 8mm bevelled edge,textured laminate (loft oak White) at less than £8 per sqm.Many of their laminates are German constructed (I gather this is a good thing?) and they do some well known over here brands too.They also do free samples.

Delivery is by pallet and costs £35 if your order is under £350 +vat but it can still work out a good price depending on what you're looking for.They do have laminates starting at under a fiver
