Help with Bank charges

Can anyone out there help me with claiming back bank charges?
I wrote to my bank (halifax) with the template letter, it was followed by a phone call telling me they would credit both my accounts with £35, I did say I was unhappy about this and went on to tell them that I had requested statements for both current accounts for the last six years. I got this today and i am very confused. From both accounts there is a summery page with totals of
1. Overdrafts fees
2. Interested debited
3. Amount of fees paid

What can i claim for and from now what is the best way forward?

I am still unsure I know you can claim for overdraft fees that have been charged on my account but can I claim for the interest that have been debited from my account, which was overdrawn at the time?

I would appreciate any help with this matter
