Don't get me wrong, i love london. Its a great place to live but, here, i can let my cats out and worry less about roads, my dogs can bark all day long if they want to, my horses live here with us, and the chickens free range with the geese all over the place.
If i do not want to face the wrath of dog walkers who feel all dogs should be on leads i can give my dogs a run around our own fields, or use one of the lesser used foot paths. People expect there to be dog hair in my car and on my clothes
If we had no animals, we might go back to city living. Dh is in london four nights a week, but he says he cannot imagine why he used to prefer city life, and he bolts for the ftrain at the end of the week.0 -
london is where i was born, but now feel towns are closing in, and not much open space for dogs to run.i am not too bad where we are,but you sometimes get idiots with dogs, through no fault of their own are aggressive and it gets a bit scary walking three small dogs, but i am lucky that i have a friend, who dog walks with me,and that makes it easier.i am looking to move out of london, but finding the right area is a minefield.:eek:lostinrates wrote: »Don't get me wrong, i love london.
