Facebook Ebay ad - Phishing?

I just clicked on a Facebook paid ad
The link takes me to the following page healthy-body-mind*dot*com/howtoguide/4/#mainContent (I changed it so it doesn't become clicky on here!).
The landing page is an Ebay log in page. Given that I had a browser open with Ebay logged in it made me a bit suspicious. I use Facebook advertising and they are supposed to be vetted.
I haven't logged in, anyone know if it is genuine or there is something amiss.
Obviously if it is from a paid ad on Facebook and it is phishing then there could be a lot of people having hacked accounts.
