upstairs radiators not warming up

my downstairs radiators are warming up nicely and 2 of the 4 upstairs ones are nice and warm.
2 of the radiators on the first floor and 1 of 1 on the second floor are not warming up at all. they were all fine last winter
bled them all today and water in there. the pipes in and out of each of the non performing radiators are cold.
today I turned the base pins but no luck. I checked all the thermostats on.
tomorrow I will turn off all the working ones and try and focus on the non working ones.
any other ideas welcome that I can try before calling in a pro.

I turned off all the radiators and then turned radiator 1 on.
Eureka it worked. I then did the same for radiators 2 and 3, but alas stone cold. Then I turned on all radiators on and radiator 1 was lukewarm at the top and cold at the bottom.
I tried to remove the thermostatic head by twisting and pulling without success. Do I need to untighten any nuts? Can you explain how they are removed please?"enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0 -
it depends which trv's you have fitted, did you turn them off for the summer ?I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
most trv's have a fitting at the bottom it will be a metal nut/ring with vertical notches it should only be on hand tight and comes off anti clockwise0
