Building Insurace Help please

Hello there,
My dad has a Limited company registered to our home address. There are no visitors or anyone coming to our house so will this still be classified as business use? He himself doesn't work here he works elsewhere in the contractors office.
So what option do i choose from the following please?
1) No Business or Professional Use
2) Clerical Business use only
3) Other Business Use
4) [STRIKE]regular visitors to the property[/STRIKE] - doesn't apply
