Hey i am a customer of thinkbanking who works with RBS and Natwest vie a money managment team i find it very useful but sometime very annoying! My question is has anyone used this service and find it helpful ? is this the best way to go or should i just use a normal bank account ?? Pay £14.50pm for this service

You should just use a normal bank account, carefully, and save about £200 in your first year. Think Banking are not part of RBS, but keep your money in a bank account there.
You also need to take heed of the charge your phone provider makes to call 0844 numbers. I believe some can be quite expensive.0 -

If you want to fritter your money away then continue using the bank.
What do you get for the £14.50 ?
I know what i would do, id ditch them and open an account ( especially 1 that doesn't come a fee ) with another bank.0
