Praise for Staples in Wakefield

:j I am so pleased with the Customer Service I received at Staples in Wakefield.

I played the Mums back to School Game along with 3 other members of my family and we won various prizes.

We tried to claim these prizes in the Leeds Store but they had run out and didn't offer anything else.

I contacted Staples online and my concerns were forwarded to the Wakefield Store - my local.

The Manager Tony and Team Leader Helen were brilliant!
We were offered substitutions for the prizes that we won.

Can't praise them highly enough! :A

I bought insurance for a laptop 3 yrs ago and understood it was for accidental damage but ins company disagreed and I didn't have the small print to confirm this. Staples have agreed as goodwill gesture to honour the agreement with me and will replace laptop. Excellent customer service.
