RBS is the owner of Natwest
HSBC is owner ofthemselves

I'll save Winston Churchill, Jane Austen, J. M. W. Turner and Alan Turing.0 -
Yep your list is a little confused... Halifax is part of HBOS (Halifax Bank of Scotland). (no "royal").
Natwest is owned by RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland).
Mint, Tesco, Natwest cards are RBS.
Halifax, Intelligent Finance and Sainsburys are HBOS.
I'm not sure about the others you mentioned near the top of the list, you might want to check if they are actually HBOS (may be just described as "Halifax" or "Bank of Scotland") or RBS.
Also I think it's More Th>n not Mo>e Than... which is a brand of Accucard which is owned by Lloyds TSB... (as are Texaco, EasyMoney, LifeFinance, Ipledge and some others).student100 hasn't been a student since 2007...0 -

You have got the various "Banks of Scotland" wrong.
Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS, RBSG) is one group;
Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS) is another.
John
Later .. Obviously I missed all the previous posts correcting this!0 -
I agree with above... don't confuse Royal Bank of Scotland with Bank of Scotland (part of HBOS).
Another card is Norwich and Peterborough BS which is issued by Halifax (so HBOS).0 -

Just applied for Intelligent Finance 0% for 9 months to transfer my Sainsburys balance only to now read this thread and find they're the same company!
Never mind, if I get it. I'll just have to do a 3-way swap to get the 0% deal.
That'll teach me to research better!0 -
I think you are allowed to BT from Sainsburys to IF or the other way round.
