Severn Toll Bridge

Hi, Could someone just clarify for me what this means?

On the Saturday and Sunday it's not functioning at all and on the Friday it's still functioning just with one lane but can still go both ways?
Or have I misinterpreted that.

There are two Severn bridges, one on the M4 and one on the M48

The M4 one will have lane closures westbound, the M48 one will be closed completely.

There is no "it" as there are 2 bridges.

So the M4 bridge will have 1 lane going west on Friday and Saturday and the M48 bridge will be completely shut on Saturday and Sunday.

Started worrying then because my daughters moving to uni in Wales that weekend.. that would have been interesting!

What part of the country are you in? If you're from the north/Midlands, go the M50/A449 route and you don't pay the tolls as they only charge to get into Wales, not leave.
