How can I delay exchange & completion with Barrat?
I was just looking on internet for any advice on buying in Harlow's Fifth Avenue. We're in the same position with part exchange and all. Any advice you could give us? How were they with your part exchange? Did you get the market value for your old house? Were they fixed on asking price and what extras did you manage to get? And most important- are you happy with your new house? Any advice would be much apreciated
