I'd recommend you wait until the statement so you can start getting some good usage history.

You don't pay interest if you pay it off on the next statement, as long as you pay your card off in full every month then there is no interest. I have been doing so ever since I got a credit card, I normally pay as soon as the statement is generated online and I've never been charged any interest.0 -
