Terms & Conditions - Holiday Competition

• The competition is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Baylis and Harding, their families or any other person(s) connected with the competition.
• Entry is limited to one per person. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then Baylis and Harding reserves the right to redraw the prize.
• Entry to the competition is free and will close at midnight Sunday 31st March 2013.
• The prize consists of one luxury holiday to a destination of the winner’s choice, and to a maximum value of £2,000. There is no limit to the number of people going on the holiday, as long as the total value of the holiday does not exceed the stated prize value.
• The holiday will be booked by Baylis & Harding in conjunction with a UK based travel agent.
• The prize does not include travel insurance, transfers to and from airports/ports, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs.
• An eligible entrant must be an individual and must submit an entry in the form provided by Baylis and Harding under this promotion including their full name and e-mail address. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions.
• All entrants to the competition will receive a £5 off voucher to be spent online at www.baylisandharding.com (subject to a minimum spend of £20).
• Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Baylis and Harding reserve the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. Baylis and Harding reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received before the closing date and notified via Facebook within 7 days after the closing date.
• There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
• The company’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners' names will be published on Facebook but no personal details will be used for any further purposes.
• Completion of a registration form will be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
