I have received a form regarding housing benefit review. On filling it in and checking my last hb award letter, I have realised that they had my weekly income wrong for more than 2 years  It isn't massive - approx £2 wrong for the first year and about £10 a week for the second year. I know I will have to pay the deficit which isn't a problem, however I am concerned that they may take me to court or fine me for being so daft!!
Has anyone had any experience of this please?
