I see they've twigged the misprice on this one - it's now showing as £45.81 inc. vat!

Order still at "pending administration" on microdirect website but £21.09 now showing charged to CC by microdirect so heres hoping.

No loss if it turns out to be a pricing error but a great deal if not.

Thanks to OP for whats hopefully a great find.

Did they actually tell you that they were not going to send out? I ordered 1 and my card has also been refunded, but not a word from them..!

No word from Microdirect and order still "pending administration" but as they have refunded it looks like it was a pricing error and were not going to get them, it would be nice of them to let us know but this seems to be the way a lot of these companies are going about their business these days judging by a few recent threads on here.

We need a "rant" forum on this site (there may already be one?). We need to be able to rant at companies for their poor (and good) customer service. I am often contacting Watchdog but I'm sure they get inundated.

I have been sent an email saying
"This order failed at a security check whereby the name and/or address we were provided did not match with the records your bank are holding, therefore we have cancelled the order and arranged for the money to be re-credited to your bank account."

I do not know what they are talking about, guess it's another excuse.
I hope o/p have better luck than me, but you can't win them all.
