...they have access to lots of auction houses and can get property for below market value for buyers before it goes into auction. A lot of the properties are reposessions.
I had seen a property some weeks ago that I was interested in online and applied to view it and only just got a call from them saying property is gone but if I pay them £250 I will be given access to databases of below market value properties.
It sounds intesting and i even looked on their website but really parting with £250, a big part of me is being extremely cautious and I'm hoping I could get some reviews (if any) on them.

I have a database of companies who charge up-front fees to scam money out of naive punters.
For just £99.99 i can give you access. You can then check this lot out for yourself!0 -

Made me laugh... I might nick your idea myself.

I looked into buying a BTL property at auction a couple of years ago and came across one of these sites. They gave a picture, the area and the guide price. That was enough for me to research the upcoming auctions and find the property myself. Then, of course, most auction houses take offers before the auction from anyone...0

What is BTL? Rather new to all these property stuff0

Some people might say .. Snake oil salesmen selling a scam.
Only recently started, never filed any accounts.. Share capital all of £100 (see Companies House..)
Sadly this sort of mob frequently goes bust, owing taxman (ie us lot) and others loads of £££££
I could be wrong of course... (aye, right...)

I signed up with these guys a month ago. £250's alot and you can do most of what they offer your self. They search the whole UK for auction property and email you a weekly list. The service is good and they do actually send you the lists, they also send you their BMV (below market value) property. This part of their company interestes me as the BMV property seems really good.
As for the auction service they offer, If you have time to search all of the auction house websites and go through the listings, I advise just doing it your self and saving the £250.0 -

I now have good advice - if you suspect they have diddled you, immediately call Trading Standards, report the company to Action Fraud online with as much factual info as possible, and you MUST tell your bank who are likely to refund you especially if it's within around 7 days of the time they took your money.
Remember, if you wouldn't have paid them the money if you'd known the truth about them, you have the Consumer Trading Laws to rely on, to do with fraud. Selling you something under false or incorrect info and especially not giving a refund when they said you could get one if you 'changed your mind' even if it says so on the web - because I didn't see it until after I was told/sold the info over the initial telephone call.
Go get 'em!0 -
I signed up, they failed to deliver and completely ignored my subsequent emails. Completely unprofessional and now I am recovering the money legally.
Just steer clear of this company or any other that might crop up from the same people. I dealt with a Director called Julian Sonnessa.
Never again!0 -
Sounds a bit like the old 'inside track' property investments0
