Hi just checked my bank and found that WTC have put about £38 in and have no idea why as all renewal was sorted ages ago and my normal pay day off them is monday and £138. Wondered if any one else has had this maybe with a child just starting college ?

Hi,
I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago and they advised me the payment was because they had underpaid me some money from the last tax year (WTC)
Hope this helps

Hi
If you have had a child start FTNAE they would have been taken off the claim on 31st Aug and re added on 1st Sep, this change in curcumstances has more than likely generated the extra payment.
