Store card not on Credit Report?

I just got an Experian Credit report and having looked through it I've noticed that a store card I have which has a small balance on it does not show up on this. Anyone know why?
I called them today re not receiving bills since I moved a few months back and was told they still have me down as my maiden name even tho I sent in my marriage cert two years ago would this be why?

Maybe maiden name? Maybe they do not report to experian. Try equifax. May also be they just haven't bothered. My RBS credit card has never shown up on any report.
When you say you have not received bills, have you been making payments? As if not and it is being reported somewhere ate not good.

It's a Dorothy Perkins Card. I have a SO set up so not been missing any payments. I pay off more than the min every month so not worried just thought it strange. I'll have a look at another credit report thanks.0
