I have just been really embarassed, told a friend and I drove her to Sainsburys Washinghton to fond them now 2x £10.:eek::eek::eek:

So we drove all the way back to Sainsburys Teams where I checked first thing and they were removed from sale. :mad::mad:

Not fair Sainsburys, that explains why the website started going funny late morning. I will edit the first post.

I think I will cancel my online order then, sounds like it would be a fight to get them for that price. thanks for posting though OP, not your fault Sainsbugs messed up!

Oh dear Sainsburys, Like others I discovered they were in fact 2 for 10.00 was fed up as its a bus ride away and there wasnt anything else I needed. BUT discovered some 5.00 ones, 2kg reduced to 2.50 and taste the difference beef casserole steak 400grms at 2.00, but actually scanned at 1.00. So for 10,50 I got 3 chickens and 3 pks of steak, very very pleased thank you so worried for posting even if it didnt turn out as planned.

bless you!! you posted a great deal.. albeit it didn't last long..not your fault!!

I still got two packs of chicken (would have normally paid £12) for a tenner... would have bought them anyway, but actually you've saved me 2 quid!

I'm a nightmare shopper and would have bought one today and then another in a couple of days time!! x

I did an order yesterday whilst it was showing the 2 for £5. It's due later on and if I'm charged the higher price for the meat, I'll give it back to the driver. I'll be happy with getting the rest cheaply as I used the £10 off £50 new customer code.
