I got the same email and I'm still going ahead with the order, as other people have said, you're getting the goodie bag £10 cheaper and with free postage. It's not as good as 2 for 1 but i'm still happy that I ordered So thank you to OP

You have got this all wrong. The DEAL was £45 for a goodie bag with contents worth £144. As their email says, they had an error in the system which resulted in incorrect prices being applied. They have not 'reneged on a deal' at all - in fact they are showing their goodwill by offering you the original deal with £10 off! So you will end up with £144 of goods for £35 - that is indeed a good deal!

Some companies do honour glitches when they occur, but in this case I suspect the losses would just have been too big. The point of MSE is not to see honest companies going bust by honouring glitches caused by human error!

Well I can't fault them on service, my full price bag arrived this morning and its Lovely, worth the 45 so a real bargain at 35! They have even said they would refund me 10 back as its been offered to others at 35, brilliant!

On the downside the t shirts and dress shirt are a little too snug for me (I have a big belly, lol) but shorts and hoody are fab. Maybe I should just go on a diet ;-) I ordered a 14 btw

What actual items were in the lucky bag. Were they items that are on their website? Still not decided whether to take it or not. Thanks.

I got a navy hoody with a slogan about work not bad for you, but not going to risk it. This is really good quality, thick and soft inside. Biege shorts, nice for next summer if we get one. A checked pastle shirt dress. A red t shirt and a grey one.

Think they are all sale items, but not bothered to check.

I have been told i can swap my tops for a bigger size too. very happy with purchase

When Plain Lazy had a similar lucky bag offer for men the contents were all from the full price range rather than the sale. I suspect that will be the case here too as there are very few ladies items in the sale - no hoodies, shorts, shirts or dresses.

Yep I had a quick check and they were mostly full price items, costing 40 each for some items. I'm tempted to have another one!

Hi, tried to order 2 bags for 35quid as recommended by this forum. It doesn't seem to be working, 2 bags came up as 90quid. Maybe Plain Lazy are wise to the glitch?
