Yeah I got a refund too, I didn't want the shorts and although I love my Plain lazy shirt I don't like their dresses so thought I would have more to pick from in two bags

Got that email aswell, i'll be getting a refund.DEC GC £463.67/£450
EF- £110/COLOR]/£10000 -
My order was £27.50.....eventually go tthis:
My apologies - I sent you the wrong email with details. However, your order was also one which was affected by the system error in that your total order amount came to £27.50 instead of £55. For some reason, when a t-shirt was added to the cart with the goodie bag, the total price reduced to £27.50 which quite clearly isn't correct.
I'm sorry that this has happened - we have fully refunded you for this. If however you would still like to order a goodie bag, I would be happy to offer you the goodie bag and the further discounted rate of £35 to apologise for any inconvenience.
Let me know if you would like to do this.
This isn't the first time that they have reneged on a deal: not impressed as they just refunded - no offer to repurchase ALL my order at correct rate - just the bag. Clearly they do not give a monkey's about customer service

shame they found the glitch! never mind
watch out nearer Christmas as last year they had 12 days of Christmas (or something like that!) and each day had an offer on one item - I got teen kids each a sweatshirt and t shirt for Christmas for well under the usual prices
I find the sizes a bit on the small side too0 -
They have NO obligation to honour it so what are you moaning for? You have lost out on nothing. Their CS does not come into it whether they have not honoured it before. UnbelievableMy order was £27.50.....eventually go tthis:

Once they spotted the glitch I'm not surprised they did not honour it at the price they were going for.
To offer us a bag at £35 instead of £45 I thought was good of them to be honest as they did not even had to do this (may be I'm just easily pleased). Might give it a go anyway as the orginal OP posted it here as a bargain even at £45.0 -

Do you think the £35 includes the postage?
I'm sure the email said it included the postage....
Edit: it doesn't directly say it but I would of thought they would have to state if they're going to charge you more...???:j Buster, Boo and now little Gizmo too!!! :j0 -
Yes, I re-read the email myself and read it like you did in that it would have said so if it didn't include postage. I edited my post to remove the question, thus thinking it was stupid, but thanks for reassuring me with the reply.
