London - 3bed house replastering - estimates?

Hello

Can anyone suggest whether a reasonable ball figure for a replastering of a 3bed terrace including:
* skimming of walls downstairs
* skimming of ceilings downstairs (holes for spotlights already in place)
* skimming of landing and replacement of one panel,
* skimming of 2 small ceilings upstarirs and all walls in the small rooms, including knocking down the partition wall used originally for the hot water tank (pipes already removed),
* skimming of 2 of 4 walls of master bedroom.

All skirting and picture rails to go to make it easier.

If anyone's used good quality and reasonably priced plasters that'd also be appreciated!
