5 winners will each receive a pair of tickets to the game, plus travel from Birmingham Coach Station.
Who scored England's first goal during the Euro 2012 Championships in Poland and Ukraine?

The winner must be able to depart Birmingham Coach Station at 3pm on September 11 and all T&C’s relating to the tickets must be followed, including the fact that fans are not permitted to wear football strips in this area as it is corporate seating.
1. Competition closes at 5pm on September 9, 2012.
2. 5 winners will be selected at random after competition close date from all correct entries received.
3. Winners: one pair of tickets to the England v Ukraine game.
4. Prize not transferable. No whole/part cash alternatives.
5. Standard Trinity Mirror plc rules apply, see http://www.birminghammail.net/rules
The entry form is not showing for me. I have contacted the site and they say that it is showing for them. Maybe just my system?
