Done but with errors on the page?

On a few websites recently (not this one anymore) i keep getting the little message in the bottom left hand bar of
'done with errors on the page' and one of those yellow warning triangles. it happens on msn.co.uk and ebay and hotmail.
its suddenly stated happening have done a virus check, and spybot and ad aware and this throws up nothing any other ideas?

It's generally caused by faulty javscript code in a web page (missing files, wrong syntax etc). It's not a problem with your machine.
