Comes to £96.69 including VAT and Delivery

If they stuck to some sort of standard delivery they'd be doing us all a service; over £12 + vat!!....normally £6.95....guess who's paying for the bubbly? The 17inch is also cheaper from Dell direct.

Be careful the ones from Aria only have 1 year warranty return to base and apparently they might be refurbs as they come in plain boxes.

If you buy from Dell you have 3yr on site warranty and they come it Dell branded boxes they are £122.55 delivered from Dell at the moment

I have heard that manufacturers are phasing out the 15" screen so prices should start coming down for all makes throughout this year.

If you are buying a new midrange computer the minimum size you should expect now is a 17" screen and as there is not that much difference in price between the two sizes it won't be long before they will stop offering them altogether.
    You're my wife now!!

the vat on top of postage makes the item expensive to buy not worth it after VAT

surely its against somekind of regulation to state their running out of stock (i.e. hurry 2 left!) when they blatently arent? Very devious way to sell stuff, promotes panic buyers!
  • RE: Stock levels. If you actually click on the "info" page on the item, it says stock:plenty when I have looked at offers before, despite there only being between 1 and 10 on their offers page.

I think either their own brand 15" or the digimate 15" (both the same thing really) are better value than the dell, as even though they are slightly more expensive, you get free next day delivery and a 3 year on site warranty instead of a 1 year rtb. I've bought 4 of the 17" digimate tft's for work and they've all been really good.
