Lloyds CPD will it ever be removed ??

  • I would try calling telephone banking and asking one of them? Generally if it says offer then you're eligible?

I had CPD on mine for Loans and Credit Cards but I was allowed the overdraft.

    Lloyds internal systems are stupid

Not stupid, just smart. Different types of lending for different circumstances all scored differently depending on how they see your risk profile.

But why would they agree a £3000 overdraft but not a £3000 loan or a credit card?

  • I guess they have their reasons known to themselves. Could be a OD is repayable on demand at anytime, whereas you get a interest free period with credit cards.
  • Yeah I guess so - I just thought with interest on a loan or credit card it would be more profitable to them than an overdraft

But if they have something on you in their eyes it could end in disaster and certantly non-profitable.
