Maybe the rules are different in different parts of the UK but I have been told that the rates office can back date any charges to when they believe (or you prove) your extension was built. Can anyone confirm or otherwise?

as the council has to give planning permission and also sign off your extention they should have the date it was completed..
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.

144.57 is the Domestic District Rate Poundage
You are looking for the Domestic Rate Poundage (last column)
    NAV (167) X 3.1110 = £519 currently

Outhouse can be a shed, garage, greenhouse, etc.
