yes very interesting, the Penguin could be part of it too....2 x 0.87 rounded up 1.75, what store was it comparing too please wookey?:D

this is opening up so many combos...unreal!!
it was a shop via wa!trose. i dont think the penguins work as they are £1.75 bogof. hth
  • Yes i can see now she needed another sweetie item.

    No, No, No

Jamsponge bought the coke and the sweets in the same shop.
The coke compares with Sainsbobs, the sweets with T's. That's why it didn't work.
  • I have emailed them (really couldn't do the phone, sorry), begging to stop letting this happen:(:(:(
It is soo sad that there are people that can let these goings on happen, makes me want to cry:(:(

I have a very sad doggy at the mo, we lost her companion last month:(:( I just don't know what to do to make her happy again:(:(
We have thought about getting a new dog, but really can't commit to training a new puppy.
We have thought about getting an older dog, but with small kids around, we would rather know how it has been treated etc... If my kids were older, I would in a heartbeat rescue dogs from all over the place:eek::eek::eek:
Since our old boy has gone, my gorgeous girl has developed blocked anal glands (sorry if that is too much info:eek:) for the second time. I don't know why this has happened, as she has been perfectly well for 7+ years:(:(:( and has completely gone off of her food.

Any advice please? What would you guys do?:A:A

So sorry to hear about the loss of your dog and that your other dog isn't coping very well :(

Just wanted to say that there are many rescues out there that have dogs available for rehoming that are currently within foster homes, this way they are able to assess them quite accurately and see how they react to a home environment, children, other pets etc. Many foster homes have children living within the household.
Any decent rescue knows how important it is to match a rescue dog to it's new home and vice versa and should always be on hand should any problem arise. But as I said, a lot are assessed quite thoroughly.

I hope you get something sorted and {{{hugs}}} to you and your pining girl, hope she picks up soon :A

Just wanted to let you know I'm still working on the solutions to this but I'm having difficulty at the fourth order.

    It simplifies to -144 + 96x + 2x^2 + -6x^3 + x^4 = 0 but I can't determine the solutions, sorry. :o :A

I did'nt know this was serious:ocan get my DS to look at it later if you post the whole thing, he's a real genius with this stuff ;)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

I googled hard algebra and that's what I found :D

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100529055949AAsLCib

Lol well I'm glad I did the substitution correct and removed the X^-3 determinant to get the final polynomial but I don't think there are rational solutions and your link shows that! Been pulling my hair out (I haven't got much left as it is) and now I find out there's no rational solution grrr!:rotfl:
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.
