Last month I did a project with the kids on endangered species. The kids are contributing to an endangered species encyclopaedia (group work with other home ed kids that is being bound together for the kids to keep).

I feel the same. My DD goes back in a week. Last year though, she is not looking forward to it. It is such a stressful course and she gets no social life as she is always studying. She is looking forward to seeing all her friends.:)

This is what its all about, education. If we can educate people and give them the real info then things can change. The proof lies with the dolphins that were released this year. It was widely publicised so we managed to get lots of support. At 1 point I had 22,000 members on the FB page.:A

I was going to say a chirpy good morning until I saw this, such sad news, it makes me so angry

Off to sada in a bit for coke, hoping it still works today. Wont be able to report back until we get back home, we are having a family day at the zoo instead And then sada on the way back, and as many mrTs as we can find on the hunt for a couple more toys.

There has been a brief update, re pilot whales.
There are 20-22 whales that have been trapped. It could be 2 days before they are slaughtered which means they will be extremely stressed by now.:mad:
You can help by contacting your Japanese embassy and voicing your concerns. They will be receiving lots of calls today lol.:A
