Can understand that, DD is in her last year (4 years) and every time I see her and she goes back - she works by her uni so doesnt come home for the 3 months break - it ripes me in half.

I have always prided myself on getting DS to do things for himself, he can cook brilliantly, clean,iron(Although hes refusing to take an iron with him:eek:)change beds, everything.But today I said to him I'll get you a load of Comfort and washing stuff sorted out for your washing and he "What do you mean?" I said for when you do your washing. He thought you just put clothes in the washing machine and they washed in the water:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: Bit more teaching required before he goes I think;)
