Evening guys :beer:

I was suffering badly with my arthritis last night. My fingers have been getting worse and my right fingers were quite swollen, red and sore. My back ached and my sciatica nerve pain was searing down my left leg. I took two tramadol about 10pm and found myself falling asleep in front of my laptop, so went to bed and did get a good sleep

Woken by knock on door at 9am. It was Wayne to start on my back garden now, but I had to hobble to the front door and was so zonked out that I could hardly string a sentence together or answer his questions, so he said he'd leave it until tomorrow to start. I opened the back door for the doggies and went back to bed, straight to sleep. I half woke several times due to the nerve pain down my left leg, and heard the phone ringing and my mobile buzzing several times but through a brain fog, so I slept on. I eventually woke about 3.30pm and got up, but still in a daze and still in pain. Fed the dogs, had my breakfast and just sat watching tv for a while and felt more awake

I text my S/world consultant to apologies for not making class to help her, and explaining that I daren't drive :eek: I started to feel better and moved around a bit to loosen my joints up, sorting out a cupboard in kitchen and picking 2 pounds of blackberries from garden :j :j. So I feel better now, but no way am I taking any more tramadol tonight. I don't wont to 'lose' a day :eek:

I am way way back in reading the thread (post 3361:eek:) but in reading this page before posting I see that there has been trouble on the thread again. All I will say, without reading any of the problem posts, is that I fully support REDFOX in whatever has happened. She has always been our guardian angel, keeping us on the straight and narrow, and preventing the thread from closure on many occassions. Keep up the good wwork Redfox, it is appreciated hun :A

Sorry if someone has already asked this question, so it's better to buy a more expensive spirit to get a higher APG? Bacardi is £16.47 for a single bottle in Sada so would give you £6.47 back. Do you mean just the full fat one? I always do the combined number of cokes in even numbers and had no issues yesterday doing pretty much identical shops. the ONLY thing that I think it could be is the rice/custard only covering 7 items.....I'd be interested to hear of anyone doing 8 packs with one rice wihtout problems as that really would confuse things.

Please don't mis understand I do like everyone else appreciate all the hard work you do maintaining this thread, and do respect you for that.

I have no problem with outing myself If I have an issue with something or someone I won't cowar away from it. At the time yes I did feel as though you were targetting me but what's done is done can't turn the clock back. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, had I just gone outside for a ciggie at the time I'm pretty sure my actions would have been differently but I do have a tendancy to run my mouth off and think afterwards and for this I do apologize.

I hope for the sake of this thread and the many posters on this thread we can end this here. I apologize for the upset that I have caused.

a lovely post budgie it is very sad to see what the thread has become i think back to the support and help it has given to many people and to some a lifeline in there hour of need and all that has gone. half of me wishes the glitches will end so we can go back to normal the other half says
