Unfortunately it seems I have, inadvertently, upset one of your number tonight and am to be reported for 'power tripping'.
Obviously that is this person's perogative. All I was doing was letting you know that the thread was getting to the point of being an 'issue' and trying to guide you back to a happy and harmonious thread.
However if this isn't appreciated, I feel it is time to bow out and leave you to your own devices.
Why would someone do this????
Redfox has always supported this thread, she is the reason it is allowed on the grabbit board where it is. Her advice is given timely so the thread isn't shut down for good.
Wise up who ever you are!!
Redfox we appreciate what you do for the thread xxxSPC #329 £471/£500 banked

Ok, I have to post this again even though I had hoped you'd taken notice last time I posted it.
Once again over the last few days there has been a fair bit of arguing and unpleasantness on the thread.
As you know this thread is permitted by MSE as a chat thread for you all but it has to stay within the rules and not cause the forum team any problems or put pressure on their limited resources by having to follow up complaints and reports etc.
Again it has got a bit too close to being a problem so it would be in your best interests right now to just take a step back, chill out a little, stop the nastiness and backbiting and return the thread to peace and harmony.
Thanks
Dont go Redfox, as others have said please do not let one person chase you away. I think that this vindictive action just highlights how absolutely right you were to ask them to take a step back and chill out. Whoever this person is they are clearly not capable of doing that. When I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think
"oh carp what is she up to now!"0 -

So sorry to see yet more disharmony, it is such a shame and not what mse is all about.
I de-lurked as I wanted to save some money, not to be greedy but just to save money. I have only done one glitch shop, I was and am grateful to the Elite that have helped me so far. Many Thanks to Savannah67 and Mrs Stinkface for their pm's and help that they have provided.
Sorry if I will be flamed for this, but it has to be said for me anyway that there seems to be a different set of posters some who purely want to save money as they are on a tight budget etc, but then others that do push the boundaries and risk the glitches being found sooner for the other mse users.
I have previously benefitted from the body shop glitches but I have not been greedy with my orders and with some of the glitch buys I have made hampers to be raffled off in aid of the Dougie Mac etc.
I feel very sad that such dis-harmony is taking place as clearly for alot of posters it is a life line with saving money, but also for the personal support that it provides.
Many posters are struggling with the rising cost of living and their main concern is to save money, I think that once greed takes hold of people then it does have a detrimental effect on everything.
From being a newbie and looking in from the outside it has saddened me to see how things have turned, is it because there are so many glitches, I don't know. In the past people have seemed happy with an odd glitch here or there to make life that little bit easier.
Greed seems to have gotten the better of some people and sorry if I am flamed for saying that but to me it is what I think. Many on here have contributed such alot and AngelsMadV, I was so grateful for the list you posted. I know alot of people were against that but it was useful and as you say there are alot of older people on here that could benefit from that post.
We should always try to do things with the best intentions and have a little ourselves but save some for others.
Before I go I wish baby Polly and baby Ben all the best and they are both so adorable. :A

Savannah67 I shall look out for you, you will be easy to notice with your shopping baskets.
I hope you all get out of this thread what you need and I hope that the support carries on for you for a long long time to come.

Though DH deserved a treat:D:D, he has been and bought all this girly stuff, but don't think he wants to smell like a girl:rotfl::rotfl:, but he does have a checkout girl, who has the hots for him:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I have been trying to read through the thread to see what was comparing, however I see that I need to get tonight:eek::eek: Now I am in a panic as to what to buy.
Also if I am going now, does anyone need anything trying:):)
Thank you;);)
Well, I always think 'offer ends 11/9/12' to mean it will finish tomorrow (inclusive of tomorrow).
What do others think?
Anyway, if you buy 1 x Lynx roll on deo @ £2.00, and 2 x sprays either 150ml (£2.00 each), or 200ml (2 for £6 @ A's) it will compare to £1.33.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
