Life does not always go the way people plan, I had intentions of going back to work when DD3 went to secondary school but my mum became ill before then so it has not happened. There is no way I could hold down a job between looking after her with numerous hospital appointments, rushing round at the drop of a hat if she needs me etc. Some of you already know but I have no siblings to share the load with. So it is all down to me.

Glitching and bargain hunting can be fitted in around her needs but no employer would be happy with that so yes in a way it is my job at the moment but one I thorougly enjoy.

I really sympathise with you TS. :A It sounds like you do a fantastic job for your mum and your DDs. I really miss work too, it's one of those things that I think people don't realise what they've got until it's gone. I sympathise with QPR too. It's a massive loss when you're used to getting out each day and doing things, meeting people, feeling like you're worth something... The downside to this when you have no choice but to give up can be horrendous. :A:A
