So TOTAL of one SP plus total number of other comparables is a multiple of 3 rather than the other comparables to be bought in multiples of 3? If they are £10 for 3 at A should I only buy 2 max of any or are for example 5x H&S ok? - thank you.

And I found matched betting a doddle, this is much harder.
You need to buy 1 smart price
then the other comparable shampoos/conditioner in quantities of 2,5,8 etc - this figure plus your one smartprice must always be divisible by 3
    I think....

Well, Im all stocked up on the current deals and did a carboot today. I didnt sell it for what I was expecting to. I made about £250 from it which will make me about even for the stuff we are going to keep if you take into count the 10p or 46p per item and also the overage for the shopping.

The JF stuff is very hard to shift. In the end I was selling it for 3 for £5 and the shampoo that was £1 for 50p. The gel I managed to flog for 10p each and sold about 70 (then noticed on the way out a guy I sold 30 to was selling them for 15p lol. The kitchen pads for 14p i managed to sell 40 of them for 10p each and the 24 sp stuff for 10p.

Sold some of the cleaning products for £3 each for the vanish and about £2 for the oven cleaner.

The Aussie was in the end sold for 3 for £5 and it shifted. A lot faster then the JF. The hair die was good for £3 each as I sold about 30 and could have sold more. The H&S about 50 sold for 3 for £5 which is a good deal if you dont use this trick.

Doing a carboot cost me 2 lots of shops and would have bought a lot more in.. but ill wait till this ends before I start selling it again.

Do you keep a running total of what you spend? I think it's important people keep a note so they dont end up spending far more than they usually would.
I added up my asda shops on credit card the other day and it was about £145 (since 29th Aug!) then took off apg's in hand, then an actual normal shop I had done and then a few Tresemmes I have to sell - not a lot though - I haven't hammered this one like I would have done in the past, (I still have a shed semi-full of stuff from Tesco H & B days!!) Like you I just want to break even so by selling a few bits it covers the cost of my bread, milk, cheese & other essentials I have been buying along with the glitches.
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.

Bl00dy DD, just announced she has to cover her books for high school, I don't have sheets of coloured paper big enough - anyone know if Asda or Tesco sell the book covers.

how does wallpaper sound? go and get some free samples from B&Q etc
I remember doing other students books using a wallpaper sample book and did this for charity

I just wanted to say thank you to Tyroledancer, Tinyshoes, TrulyMadly, nahteb20, fudgecake, lokitty, mutleymuppet, Tonik, 3dogs, Kadison, lesleyanderson and Wackynut
    Apologies if I missed anyone!
All your words meant so much to me as I awoke this morning after having a dream he was still here and felt so down, but reading through what you all wrote really made me smile.. thank you :A

You're making me focus on the good things - especially as my Grandad has two birthdays!! His Polish name day! He always had two celebrations as he could never remember which was his actual birthday - or so he claimed! :rotfl:

I will be off to visit his grave later, which is a beautiful place so will be calming and peaceful on a sunny day like today. I was going to go to his house but I think that will just upset me.
And then, my treat to myself will be a bottle of Polish Cherry Vodka, so I can have a little toast!:D

Thanks again, today could have turned out very different if I hadn't come on here and read your words, you lot truly are amazing :A

Just wanted to share a little poem I have for my Grandad today...

I'll whisper a little prayer today
    Asking everyone up above
To sing you a Happy Birthday song
And give you all my love.

    Kocham Cię!
    xx

Your very welcome :) hope your feeling a bit better :)

    5 h&s to 1 s/p cond is fine but will give a 25quid apg
if they are 3 for 10 you have 2 choices 3for10 will reduce your apg but you will need another 3 including you cheapie to get the lowest price. But yes your final total should be a multiple of 3.

    Yes that is correct,
Aussie is on 3for £10 so you can get 2 items 5 items 8 items etc , as you can with any other comparable brand.
For example if you get 5 Aussie 3 will be @ 3 for £10 and the others at their individual price so you can buy more but stick to the rule of 1 smartprice/cheapie and 2,5,8 other comparables and you should be ok. ( It does go against the grain not to take advantage of the offers like 3 for £10, but to get your return you have to turn a blind eye to that and just get the amounts listed)
