I am on my 3rd ( very polite) email and still no nearer getting the issue resolved, except i can go to store to pick them up:o. barksavingmad my 3rd email I had not mentioned I had emailed previously, so hope it works bet i just get told to go to store again.

Morning all!

Is anyone still waiting for PPs from yesterday, I had 2 that I put in yesterday come back last night but still missing 4 of them. If I enter their details again it just says they are processing - hoping they aren't stuck in the pp system.

But this is where it gets confusing. I bought 4 tropicanas with one petite and one clover. All should have compaired at 75p but for some strange reason one of the tropicanas scanned at £1.15 so as a result the clover compaired at £2.00 :eek: the others were fine. My first thoughts were maybe they have scanned one bottle as appose to the outside pack of 4, but what are the chances of that happening 4 times once in every shop? So maybe some of them has a different barcode. I will check this tomorrow as there in the fridge in the garage. Also on one of the shops was missing one tropicana so that was pretty costly :eek:

Its funny you should say that.
I posted last night to say I'd bought 3 tropicana but only was charged for
2. I had another look at my receipt before bed and saw that id been charged once for drink at £1.25. The barcode matched a single bottle, which made me think. The SA was having trouble scanning one of the tropicanas and i said to use the one just scanned, but she fiddled with the wrapper, it scanned and I forgot about it.

The barcode is on the bottom. No wrapper fiddling required.
It's deliberate.
Use SS for Tropicana!
