I did an Asda v. Sainsburys shop today for Nivea, Ambrosia, Coke and cheese but messed up the cheese comparison by getting the Dairylea Light triangles which does not compare - however, they do taste nice, so we will still enjoy them!
I think I might have a go at the hair colours tomorrow - looking for dark brown or chestnut brown.
Thanks to everyone for posting their finds, calculations and results - the shelves in my spare bedroom are full to bursting and I have only been doing this on a small scale!0 -

Goodevening all! Well this thread has moved on so much since the last time I managed to read it (quite a while back). I am totally lost! When I left it was all about JTD, now we are on P&G offers and APG's that glitch! Bamboozled!0

Does anyone here have an electric blanket?
I bought one with CC points last week and as it's a bit chilly tonight I thought I'd give it a go. It's been heating up for about 15 mins now and I can't see any real difference in temp.
I was hoping for it to be like someone had put a big hot water bottle in the bed, then removed it (iykwim), but it's not much warmer (if at all).
Is that what they are like, or might I have a dud?
It's this one:http://www.tesco.com/direct/silentnight-standard-electric-blanket-king/215-1876.prd?pageLevel=&skuId=215-1876
but I used a £10 off code and used vouchers, so free to me
It's only a game
