Email to say the my bodyshop LYB card is in the post, so they won't refund. And to take my confirmation email into a store if I want to collect a card. Don't know how the store is meant to know I haven't got the card yet. What happens if there are two identical cards in circulation?

All I wanted was a refund.

I thought the ltd edition bbq did compare that it was the chicken that didn't!:eek: and I bought the Dulce ice cream:o:o

Mine arrived today with the birthdate already filled in! And it's not my birthday! Gotta wait til Monday to phone them:mad:, but I'm still waiting for a second card so i might wait til that one arrives.
