  • Just got back from toscos, did a pizza/ice cream run, my first one so i will post when i get results! Also outside my store today they had all these stalls with testers (GU, beers, shloer fish etc) really tasty looking things AND they had coupons for most of the products, im not sure if this is store specific but its worth keeping an eye out as they might be visiting different stores. It was not too great for my diet though, i can just about resist GU puddings as it is but when they are free and right in front of me i did cave in and had one!

Now if MrT could put some surf washing liquid on special for APG next week I would be extremely grateful, otherwise I might be tempted to use shampoo in the washing machine;):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

You probably could just getting the quantity right could be problematic

  • Hello all,
Hope this message gets posted for once. My browser/pc is making me out to be more of a lurker than i really am by overheating & crashing so losing replies. Am failing to keep up in spectacular fashion.
Gave myself a migraine trying to work out ammonia free hair colours the other day, as writing is quite small on back of pack & they'd dimmed the lights already, it was late but i do like to see what i'm buying!!

    Johnsons didn't work

    2 x Johnson's Baby Bedtime Bath (500ml) £5.20 £3.47
    1 x Ambrosia Rice Pudding (400g) £0.50 £0.47
    1 x Diet Coke (8x330ml) £3.28 £0.47
    2 x Coca Cola (8x330ml) £5.00 £0.94

£3.47 is the BOGOF price in S

 Maybe it would work wth a Huggies? thinking that same dept may trigger it!! altho don't know why i'm applying logic to it!!! Apologies if have wrong shop or has already been mentioned. If not might try it later.

I tried the Laila rice 5kg in an A v T shop, it compared to T at 7.96/6.98 instead of MSM & T's SEL of £3.49 bit of a shame but i know it's swings and roundabouts and am so greatful for everything else.

  • Free Watches in Derby.

Whilst loitering in a car park in Spondon a very friendly chap approached me and in an Italian accent asked for directions to the M1, I told him the way and he thanked me profusely and as a thankyou thrust some very expensive (huh) watches into my hand.(all good so far)
Could I possibly help him as he was out of fuel and lost all his money last night at the casino, of course not, I dont carry cash.
Maybe I could go with him and pay for his fuel on my card ? Dont carry a card mate sorry. Obvious con so I walked away, be warned !
ASDA security assured me he had been there yesterday, no doubt covering the area for a few days, 62 plate motor too.
He took the watches back too.
