Last year we had a 3x4.5m conservatory fitted, with blue glass roof, 3/4 wall one side, dwarf wall the rest, sky light, rad off central heating etc. No side access to garden, so everything came through house, increasing labour costs. £14K - East London/Essex prices.

Glass roof will add 2K circa. You seem to want a budget build so triple wall polycarbonate would probably be more suitable??

DIY 6 x 4 this year, £4500 for the plastic, £1500 for bricks and groundwork, and that's no labour.

Ok not the same size but bought from Southern co and del up north midlands;);)
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed
