Ordered 3 Dualit toasters from from a company called Wayfair viaTesco Direct for £15.99 each, normally about £130.They arrived on tuesday but where a completley diffrent make and worth £15.99. Contacted wayfair who told me they had delivered the correct toasters according to their system. Tesco then contacted me and told me they had made a mistake on their website and to return the items for a full refund and they would give me £20 as a good will gesture. Am i legally entitled to have the actual goods i ordered? have printed coppies of the original order and confirmation emails.

I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.0

Obvious mistake. You could try your luck in the courts I doubt they will roll over on this. Ordering 3 you knew it was a mistake.0

Fine, I'll go.
It's an obvious mistake, it's pretty obvious you weren't going to get a Dualit for 15 quid.
Youve been given the correct information and ignored it, if you don't like it then tough. People are here to advise the truth, not what people want to hear0
